FY 2023 PUBLIC HEARING  - PHA PLAN & CAPITAL FUND

The New Reidsville Housing Authority is in process of revising its Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Plan and Capital Fund for submission to HUD. The Annual Plan provides details about the Housing Authority’s programs, the resident population served, the strategies for addressing the housing needs of families currently housed, as well as the community at large.  The Capital Fund provides funds annually, to RHA for the development, financing, and modernization of its public housing development and for management improvements.

The revisions to the Annual Plan and Capital Fund will be available for review beginning Tuesday, February 14, 2023.   Hard copies may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority, located at 924 Third Avenue, Reidsville, NC 27320.

A Public Hearing to receive comments regarding any proposed changes will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 12:30 PM at the address provided.
